Where the National Pension System Trust or any of its officers or any person concerned contravenes any of the provisions of the Act or the regulations made or directions, instructions or circulars issued thereunder or the Trust Deed, the Authority may, without prejudice to any action under the Act or the ¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 23 regulations made or directions, instructions or circulars issued thereunder or the Trust Deed, by order take such action in the manner provided under these regulations
