Section 28: Intimation of order

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority(National Pension System Trust) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) Every report made by a designated authority and every order made by the designated member under these regulations shall be dated and signed.

(2) A copy of the order passed under these regulations shall be sent to the National Pension System Trust or other concerned person and also placed on the website of the Authority.
