Section 23: Monitoring, review and evaluating systems and controls

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Pension Fund) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) every pension fund shall have adequate mechanisms for reviewing, monitoring and evaluating the controls, systems, procedures and safeguards.

(2) The National Pension System Trust shall be the nodal agency for monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of the pension fund operations or performance.
