Section 16: Committee of members

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Procedure for Authority Meetings) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) The provisions of these regulations shall mutatis mutandis apply to meetings of the committee.

(2) The Chairperson may attend a committee meeting as ex officio member and whenever the Chairperson attends any committee meeting, he shall preside over that meeting.
