Section 18: Effect of non-compliance

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Procedure for inquiry by Adjudicating Officer) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

Failure to comply with any requirement of these regulations shall not invalidate any proceeding, merely by reason of such failure, unless the designated member is of the view that such failure has resulted in the miscarriage of justice.
