Section 11: Delegation of powers

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Subscriber Education and Protection Fund) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

The powers exercisable by the Authority under these regulations shall also be exercisable by any member or officer of the Authority to whom such powers are delegated by the Authority in accordance with Section 49 of the Act.
