1. (1) इन िनयम/ का संि5C नाम प�शन िनिध िविनयामक और िवकास �ािधकरण (अ4य5 और पूण7कािलक सद8य को संदये वेतन और भ-े तथा सेवा के अ�य िनबंधन शत;) (दसूरा संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 ह।ै (2) ये राजपE म� उनके �काशन क� तारीख को �वृ- ह/गे।
2. प�शन िनिध िविनयामक और िवकास �ािधकरण (अ4य5 और पूण7कािलक सद8य को संदये वेतन और भ-े तथा सेवा के अ�य िनबंधन शत;) िनयम, 2014 (िजसम� इसके पHात् इसे उ. िनयम कहा गया ह)ै, िनयम 5 के उप-िनयम (2) म� शIद/ के 8थान पर “तीन लाख और िपछ-र Kपये” शIद “चार लाख Kपय”े रखे जाएगें : परंतु िवMमान पूण7कािलक सद8य 1 जनवरी, 2016 से �वृ- इस िनयम के अधीन वेतन के िलए हकदार होगा ।
3. उ. िनयम/ के िनयम 6 म�,- (क) उप-िनयम (1) म�, शIद/ और कोOक/ के 8थान “शीष7 Qेणी [अ8सी हजार Kपये (िनयत) �ितमाह]” शIद “वेतन मै$RSस म� 8तर 17” रखे जाएंगे ; (ख) उप-िनयम (2) म�, शIद/ के 8थान पर “तीन �ितशत क� दर पर वाUष7क वेतनवृिV के साथ वेतनमान सड़सठ हजार Kपये” शIद “वेतन मै$RSस म� 8तर 15” रखे जाएगें । 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
4. उ. िनयम/ के िनयम 7 म�, उप-िनयम (2) के 8थान पर िन>िलिखत उप-िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा7त् :- (2) अ4य5 और �Xयेक पूण7कािलक सद8य भारत से बाहर िवदेशी दौरा केवल के� ीय सरकार ,ारा जारी आदशे/ के वचनबंध करेगा और अ4य5 के मामल ेम� वेतन म$ैRSस के 8तर 17 और पूण7कािलक सद8य के मामले म� वेतन मै$RSस के 8तर 15 म� वे के� ीय सरकार के अिधका$रय/ के िलए यथा लागू ऐस ेदौर/ के स\ब�ध म� ऐस ेभ-/ को आह$रत के िलए हकदार ह/गे ।”
5. उ. िनयम/ के िनयम 8 म�, िन>िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा7त् :- “8. छु`ी याEा $रयायत :- अ4य5 और �Xयेक पूण7कािलक सद8य, अ4य5 के मामले म� वेतन मै$RSस के 8तर 17 और पूण7कािलक सद8य के मामले म� वेतन मै$RSस के 8तर 15 म� के� ीय सरकार के अिधका$रय/ उसी दर पर लागू होते हa, याEा $रयायत छु`ी के िलए हकदार ह/गे ।”
6. उ. िनयम/ के िनयम 14 म�, िन>िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा7त् :- ““““14. टेली14. टेली14. टेली14. टेलीफोन सुिवधा फोन सुिवधा फोन सुिवधा फोन सुिवधा :::: अ4य5 और पूण7कािलक सद8य, अ4य5 के मामले म� वेतन मै$RSस के 8तर 17 और पूण7कािलक सद8य के मामले म� वेतन मै$RSस के 15 म� के� ीय सरकार के अिधका$रय/ के िलए अनुbेय ह,ै टेलीफोन सुिवधा के िलए पाE ह/गे ।” [फा. सं. 11/5/2014-पीआर] डॉ. मदनेश कुमार िमQा, संयु. सिचव �ट पण�ट पण�ट पण�ट पण :::: मूल िनयम अिधसूचना सं. सा.का.िन. 597(अ), तारीख 20 अग8त, 2014 ,ारा भारत के राजपE, असाधारण भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) म� �कािशत �कए गए थे और सा.का.िन. 987(अ), तारीख 2 अग8त, 2017 ,ारा पHाXवतg संशोिधत �कए गए । MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department Of Financial Services) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2018 G.S.R. 07(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 51, read with sub-section (3) of Section 5, of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2). They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Salary and Allowances Payable to, and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of, Chairperson and Whole-time Members) Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 5, in sub-rule (2), for the words “three lakh and seventy five thousand rupees”, the words “four lakh rupees” shall be substituted.
Provided that the existing whole-time member shall be entitled to a salary under this rule with effect from the 1 st day of January, 2016.
3. In rule 6 of the said rules, -
(a) in sub-rule (1), for the words and brackets “in the Apex Grade [eighty thousand rupees (fixed) per month]’’, the words “in level 17 of the pay matrix” shall be substituted.

(b) in sub-rule (2), for the words “having any pay scale of sixty-seven thousand rupees and seventy-nine thousand rupees per month with an annual increment at the rate of three per cent.”, the words “in level 15 of the pay matrix” shall be substituted.
4. In rule 7 of the said rules, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) The Chairperson and every whole-time member shall undertake tours outside India only in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government and they shall be entitled to draw such allowances in respect of such visits as applicable to the officers of the Central Government in level 17 of the pay matrix in the case of Chairperson and in level 15 of the pay matrix in the case of the wholetime member”.
5. For rule 8 of the said rules, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “8. Leave travel concession.—The Chairperson and every whole-time member shall be entitled to leave travel concession at the same rate as are applicable to the officers of the Central Government in level 17 of the pay matrix in the case of Chairperson and in level 15 of the pay matrix in the case of the whole- time member”.
6. For rule 14 of the said rules, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “14. Telephone facility.—The Chairperson and the whole-time members shall be eligible for telephone facility as are admissible to the officers of the Central Government in level 17 of the pay matrix in the case of Chairperson and in level 15 of the pay matrix in the case of wholetime member”.
