Section 15: Medical facility

PFRDA (Salary and Allowances Payable to and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairpersons and WTM) Rules, 2014Central Rules · 2013

The Chairperson and the whole-time members shall be entitled, while in the service of the Authority, to medical treatment and facilities as provided in the Central Government Health Scheme for retired Government servants;

Provided that at places where facilities under the Central Government Health Scheme are not available, the Chairperson and the whole-time members shall be entitled to the facilities as provided in the Central Service (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944.
