Section 18: Power to relax

PFRDA (Salary and Allowances Payable to and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairpersons and WTM) Rules, 2014Central Rules · 2013

The Central Government shall have power to relax the provisions of any of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
