Section 17: Information to be furnished.

The Pharmacy Act, 1948Central Act · Act 8 of 1948

(1) The Central Council shall furnish copies of its minutes and of the minutes of the Executive Committee and an annual report of its activities *** to the Central Government.

(2) The Central Government may publish in such manner as it may think fit any report, [or copy], furnished to it under this section or under section 16.
