Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Akashvani News Reader-cum- Translator posts) Service Regulations, 2002Central Regulations · 1990

These regulations shall apply to the posts specified in column 1 o f the Schedule annexed hereto.

3, Initial Constitution : All persons appointed on or before the commencement of these regulations holding the posts o f News Reader-cum-Translator Grade-1, News Reader-cum Translator Grade-11 and News Reader-cum-Translator Grade-IU on regular basis shall be deemed to have been appointed under these regulations to the corresponding posts. The service rendered by them before the commencement of these regulations shall be taken into account for promotion to the next higher grade
