(a) vvho, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entcied into or contracted a m arriage witn any person.
shall be eligible for appointment to the said p o s ts .
Provided that the Corporation may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the othei party to the m arriage and that there are o ther grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation o f this regulation.
7, P ow er to relax. - W here the Corporation is o f the opinion tliat it is necessaw or expedient so to do, it niay. bv order, for reasons to be recoided in writing, with the prior approval o f the Government, relax any o l 'th e provisions o f these regulations with respect to any class or categoiy of'pei sons or po.sts
