Section 16: 12. In section 16 of the principal Act, for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely

"(a) all property and assets which immediately before that day vested in the Central Government for the purpose of Akashvani or Doordarshan or both shall stand transferred to the Corporation on perpetual lease on payment of a nominal fee of rupees, one per annum.

(aa) the Non-lapsable Fund which immediately before that day vested in the Central Government for the purpose of Akashv:mi or Doordarshan or both shall stand transferred to the Corporation, Substitution of new section for section
