"(a) all property and assets (including the Non-lapsable Fund) which immediately before that day vested in the Centra] Government for the purpose of Akashvani or Doordarshan or both shall stand transferred to the Corporation on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Central Government and the book value of all such property and assets shall be treated as the capital provided by the Central Government to the Corporation;".
