1. सजंिप् त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1) इन जंजनयम का नाम प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जनगम) कजन् ि प्रिासजनक पद भती जंजनयम, 2021 ह।ै
(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रंृ् त ह गे।
2. लाग ूहगना: ये जंजनयम इन जंजनयम से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में जंजनर्दद् ट पद पर लागू ह गे।
3. पद सखं् या, ंगीकरण और प ेमठैरक् स में लेंल- उक् त पद की संख् या, उसका ंगीकरण और पे मैठरक् स में लेंल ंह हगगा, िग इन जंजनयम की संलग् न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में जंजनर्दद् ट ह।।

5. ंठरष्ठता - इन जंजनयम के तहत जनयुतिय कमकिचाठरय की परस्ट्पर ंठरष्ठता कार्ममक एंं प्रजििण जंभाग ्ारा समय समय पर िारी सामान्य जनदिे के अनुसार हगगी।
6. जनरहकिता – ंह व्यजतिय – (क) जिसने से व्यजतिय से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजंत है, जंंाह दकया ह,ै या (ख) जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजंत रहते ुएए, दकसी व्यजतिय से जंंाह दकया है, उतिय पद पर जनयुजतिय के जलए पात्र नहीं हगगा:
परन् त ुयदद जनगम का यह समाधान हग िाता ह ैदक सा जंंाह, से व् यजतिय और जंंाह के अन् य पिकार पर लागू स्ट् ं ीय जंजध के आधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ैऔर सा करने के जलए अन् य आधार ह। तग ंह दकसी व् यजतिय कग इस जंजनयम के प्रंतकिन से ूूट द ेसकेगा।
7. जिजथल करन ेकी िजतिय- िहां जनगम की यह राय ह ै दक सा करना आंश् यक या समीचीन ह,ै ंहां उसके जलए िग कारण ह।, उन् हें लेखबद्ध करके और कें द्र सरकार के पू कंि अनुमगदन से इन जंजनयम के दकसी उपबंध कग दकसी ंगकि या प्रंगकि के व् यजतियय की बाबत, आदिे ्ारा ूूट द ेसकेगा।
8. व्यांजृत - इन जंजनयम से इस संबंध में सरकार ्ारा समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आदिे के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतय , अनुसूजचत िन िाजतय , पू कंि सैजनक और अन् य जंिे श्रेणी के व् यजतियय के जलए प्रदान दकए िाने ंाले आरिण, आयु सीमा में ूूट और अन् य ठरयायत पर प्रभां नहीं प़ेेगा। अनसुचूी पदनाम पद की सखं् या ंगीकरण पे मठैरक् स में लें ल चयन पद अथंा अचयन पद सीधी भती के जलए आय ुसीमा

सदस्ट्य मुतिया गगयल, अपर महाजनदिेक [जंज्ञापन-III/4/असा./252/2021-22] PRASAR BHARATI (Broadcasting Corporation of India) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th September, 2021 No. N-10/001(4)/2015-PBRB.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) and clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 33 read with sub-section(2) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 11 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990), and in supersession of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Junior Administrative and Allied posts) Service Regulations, 2002 in so far as they relate to the posts of Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk and the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Head Clerk/ Assistant) Recruitment Regulations, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These Regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Junior Administrative Posts Recruitment Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.- These regulations shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (12) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Seniority - The inter-se seniority of employees who are appointed under these regulations shall be in accordance with the general instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and Training from time to time.
6. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, [भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Corporation may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.
7. Power to relax – Where the Corporation is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and with the prior approval of the Central Government, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons.
8. Saving - Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.
