1. संजिप् त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1) इन जवजनयमों का नाम प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जनगम) राजभाषा पद भती जवजनयम, 2021 होगा।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत् त होंगे।

4. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ुसीमा और अन् य अहवताएं आदद- उक् त पदों पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ुसीमा, अहवताएं और उनसे संबंजधत अन् य बातें वे होंगी जो उक् त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (12) में जवजनर्ददष् ट हैं।
5. जनरहवता- वह व् यजि- (क) जजसने ऐसे व् यजि से, जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत् नी जीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकया ह,ै या (ख) जजसने अपन ेपजत या अपनी पत् नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व् यजि से जववाह दकया ह,ै उक् त पदों पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन् त ुयदद जनगम का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ैदक ऐसा जववाह, ऐसे व् यजि और जववाह के अन् य पिकार पर लाग ू स्ट् वीय जवजध के आधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ैऔर ऐसा करन ेके जलए अन् य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व् यजि को इस जवजनयम के प्रवतवन से छूट दे सकेगा।
6. जिजथल करन ेकी िजि- जहां जनगम की यह राय ह ैदक ऐसा करना आव यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहां उसके जलए जो कारण हैं, उन् हें लेखबद्ध करके और कें द्र सरकार के पूवव अनुमोदन से इन जवजनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व् यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा छूट दे सकेगा।
7. व् यावृजि- इन जवजनयमों से इस संबंध में सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जन जाजतयों, पूवव सैजनकों और अन् य जविेष ्णेी के व् यजियों के जलए प्रदान दकए जाने वाले आरिण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन् य ठरयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं पडेगा। अनसुचूी पदनाम पदों की सखं् या वगीकरण प ेमठैरक् स में लवेल चयन पद अथवा अचयन पद सीधी भती के जलए आय ुसीमा

(i) मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से हहदी में मास्ट् टर जडग्री और स्ट् नातक स्ट् तर पर अगं्रेजी अजनवायव अथवा ऐजछछक जवषय के रूप में हो अथवा स्ट् नातक स्ट् तर पर परीिा का माध् यम हो। अथवा अजनवायव या ऐजछछक जवषय के रूप में या जडग्री स्ट्तर पर परीिा के माध्यम के रूप में हहदी के साथ अगं्रेजी में मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से मास्ट्टर जडग्री;
अथवा हहदी या अंग्रेजी के अलावा दकसी अन्य जवषय में मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से मास्ट्टर जडग्री, हहदी माध्यम और अंग्रेजी के साथ अजनवायव या ऐजछछक जवषय के रूप में या जडग्री स्ट्तर पर परीिा के माध्यम के रूप में; अथवा हहदी या अंग्रेजी के अलावा दकसी अन्य जवषय में मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से अंग्रेजी माध् यम से मास्ट्टर जडग्री, और हहदी के साथ अजनवायव या ऐजछछक जवषय के रूप में या जडग्री स्ट्तर पर परीिा के माध्यम के रूप में; अथवा हहदी या अंग्रेजी के अलावा दकसी अन्य जवषय में मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से मास्ट्टर जडग्री, हहदी और अगं्रेजी के साथ अजनवायव या ऐजछछक जवषय या दोनों में से या तो परीिा के माध्यम के रूप में और दसूरे जडग्री स्ट्तर पर अजनवायव या वैकजल्पक जवषय के रूप में;
(ii) हहदी में िब्दावली (िब्दावली कायव) का प्रयोग करन ेया लाग ू करन े का तीन साल का अनुभव और अगं्रेजी से हहदी या इसके जवपरीत अनुवाद कायव, वरीयत: कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या स्ट्वायि जनकाय या सांजवजधक संगिनों या साववजजनक िते्र के उपक्रम या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान या िैजिक संस्ट्थानों के तहत तकनीकी या वैज्ञाजनक साजहत्य का अनुवाद;
अथवा कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या स्ट्वायि िासी जनकाय या साववजजनक िेत्र के उपक्रम या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान या िैजिक संस्ट्थानों में हहदी या अंग्रेजी में हहदी या अंग्रेजी में जििण अथवा अनुसंधान का तीन साल का अनुभव।
2. वांछनीय: मान्यता प्राप्त बोडव से 10वीं स्ट्तर पर संजवधान की [PART III—SEC. 4] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5 आिवीं अनुसूची में िाजमल हहदी के अलावा अन्य भाषाओं में से एक का अध्ययन। ठटप् पणी 1- फीडर ्ेणी में जो जवभागीय अजधकारी पदोन्नजत की सीधी लाइन में हैं, वे प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि हते ुजवचार के जलए पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुजिकतावओं को पदोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जवचार के जलए पात्र नहीं माना जाएगा। ठटप् पणी 2- योग्यता के मामले में सिम अजधकारी के जववेक पर छूट दी जा सकती ह ैयदद उम् मीदवार अन् य प्रकार से योग् य हो। ठटप् पणी 3- इस जनयुजि से तत्काल पूवव आयोजजत दकसी अन्य पूवव संवगव पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सजहत प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध या कें द्र सरकार के दकसी अन्य संगिन या जवभाग में आमतौर पर तीन वषव से अजधक नहीं होगी । ठटप् पणी 4- प्रजतजनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आय ु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंजतम जतजथ के अनुसार 56 वषव से अजधक नहीं होगी।

(5) of section 11 read with clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section (2) of section 33 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990), and in supersession of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Hindi Officer Service Regulations, 2002 and the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Junior Administrative and Allied posts) Service Regulations, 2002, in so far as they relate to the post of Hindi Translator, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Corporation, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Official Language Posts Recruitment Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.- These regulations shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. .– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (12) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Corporation may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.
6. Power to relax. – Where the Corporation is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and after consultation with the Recruitment 8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] Board and with the prior approval of the Central Government, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving. - Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.

Note-1: The vacancies arising in a particular year in each grade shall be filled up by two categories of employees in the feeder grades, i.e. the Government servants on deemed deputation to the Corporation and the officers and employees of the Corporation, as may be decided by the Corporation.
Note-2: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying/ eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying/ eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying/ eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying/ eligibility service.

2. Desirable: Studied one of the languages other than Hindi included in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution at 10th level from a recognized Board.
Note 1.-The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.
Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Note 2.- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note 3.- The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
