Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions of Service of Chairman, Whole-time Members and…Central Rules · 1990

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires , -

(a) “Act” means the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990); and

(b) the words and expressions used herein and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
