Prevention of Publication of Objectionable Matter Ordinance, 1975Ordinance · 1975

(1) The amount of security which may be required to be deposited under any of the foregoing sections of this Chapter shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the case and shall not be excessive.

Amount of security and manner of deposit. (2) The amount of security directed to be deposited under any oi tne foregoing sections of this Chapter shall be deposited in money or the equivalent thereof in Government securities in accordance with such order as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make, with such authority or agency as may be specified in such order.
