(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 18 may prefer an appeal to the High Court within the jurisdiction of which such person ordinarily reside^ or carries on business or personally works for gain.
Appeals.
(2) No appeal shall be entertained under sub-section (1) unless it is made within sixty days of the date of the order appealed against.
{3) Upon any appeal under this section, the High Court may pass such order as it deems fit confirming, varying or setting aside the order appealed from, and may pass such consequential or incidental orders as in ay be necessary.
