The design of One Rupee Cunency Notes shall be as under :-

(l) Obverse.- (a) It contains the words "gTfd' Xifif,Tf' above the words "Govemment of lndia" with th€ bilingual signature of shri Rajiv Mehrishi, Financc sccretaly and with the replica of New Rupee One coin with ? symbol of 2015 issued with ,T.i.Te-aI nr{-i' and capital insert letter,L' in numbering pan€I.

(b) The numbering shall be in black at right hand bottom portion ofthe Note'

(2) Reverse .- h contains the words 'fiI{iT ISFFIr' above the words "Government oflndia" with the year 2015 on the rcpresentation of the one Rupee coin with I symbol having floral design and the sunounding design qart5!5rs of nicrrrre of ,Saear Samraf- the oil exploration platform and with the authentic rendenng oi value tn tifteen lndian languages in ianguage panei with the year figure shown on the centre boiiorn ilr ilri€I rratioiiai rrurirt'i -

(3) Overall colour scheme,- The colour of one Rupee currency Note shall be predominantly pink green on obverse and reverse in combination with others.
