Section 11: Appeals and procedure

The Private Security Agencies Central Model Rules, 2020Central Rules · 2005

Every appeal under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Act shall be preferred in Form IX signed by the aggrieved person or his authorized advocate and presented to the Home Secretary to the State Government in person or in electronic or digital form or sent to him by registered post.
