(1) flf any difficulty arises in giving effect to fte provisions of this* Ordinance, the Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance as appear to ft to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty*.
SEC. 11 THE GAZETTE OF JNDIA EXTRAORDINARY 17
Provided thai no such order shall be made afier the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of this Ordinance.
(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before each House of Parliament.
