िनयम 5 और िनयम 6 के अधीन िनिधय� का दावा करन ेके िलए रा� य सरकार, सभी िविशि; टय� सिहत, क� �ीय सरकार को िनC निलिखत को उपद0शत करत े5ए दावा �D तुत करेगी, अथा�त् :—

(i) कम पू0त क$ मा'ा ;

(ii) अिभिहत िडपो, िजसम� कम पू0त 5ई ह ै;

(iii) कम पू0त क$ अविध ;

(iv) खा#ान� क$ कम पू0त स ेिनपटने के िलए रा� य सरकार 2ारा खुले बाजार से खा#ान� के >य का सबूत ; और

(v) ऐसे अ8 य आव� यक दD तावेज, जो दावा िसG करने के िलए आव� यक समझे जाए ं।
