In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- , (a) " Act" means the Pr-rblic Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 197L (40 of 1971);

(b) "Forrn" means a form appended to these rules;

(c) all other word.s and expressions used hereinafter but not defined herein shal1 have the same meaning as respectively assigned !o them in the Act'
