Section 24: Procedure

The Puducherry Catering Establishments Act,1964Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 6 of 1964

(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act or any rule made thereunder except on a complaint made by, or with the previous sanction in writing of an Inspector.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Court of Second Class Magistrate shall try any offence punishable under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
