Section 21: Rule of construction

The Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 12 of 1966

References in any law in force in the Union territory to the Tribunal Superieur d’ Appel, the Tribunal de lere Instance or the Juge de Paix shall be construed as references to the Court of the District Judge or a Subordinate Judge or a Munsif as the case may require.
