Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Puducherry Co-Operative Societies Act, 1972Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 7 of 1973

(1) This Act may be called the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.

(3) It shall come into force on such *date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
