Section 44: Reserve fund and bad debt reserve not liable to attachment

The Puducherry Co-Operative Societies Act, 1972Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 7 of 1973

The reserve fund or the bad debt reserve of registered society invested by such society in accordance with the provisions of section 68 shall not be liable to attachment under any decree or order of a court in respect of any debt or liability incurred by the society.
