Section 68: Penalty

The Puducherry Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1972Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 6 of 1973

Any person appointed to sell stamps who disobeys any rule made under this Act, and any person, not so appointed who sells or offers for sale any stamps, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
