Section 10: The remuneration to persons employed

The process shall ordinarily be served by the Peons of the Court or Talayaries and no remuneration shall be paid to them except the T.A./D.A. to which they are entitled as per Central Civil Services Rules. In case, persons from outside the Department are to be employed in emergent eases, they shall be paid remuneration on the following scale:-

(i) Rupees two per day for process other than warrants.

(ii) Rupees three per day for warrants.
