Section 101

The Puducherry Housing Board Act, 1973Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 7 of 1974

(1) The Board, the Chairman or any person authorised by the Board in this behalf, by general or special order, may either before or after the institution of the proceedings compound any offence punishable under this Act.

(2) When the offence has been compounded, the offender, if in custody, shall be discharged and no further proceedings shall be taken against him in respect of the offence compounded.

102. All fines realised in connection with prosecution under this Act shall be paid to the Board.
