Section 88

The Puducherry Housing Board Act, 1973Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 7 of 1974

(1) The Chairman may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared, and laid before the Board at a special meeting.

(2) The provisions of sub-section (3) and (4) of section 85 and of section 86 and 87 shall apply to every such supplementary estimate.
