Section 44

The Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 9 of 1974

(1) The Government shall constitute as many Land Tribunals as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Each Land Tribunal shall consist of one person who shall be a judicial officer not below the rank of a Sub-ordinate Judge*.
