The Puducherry Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1973Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 8 of 1974

(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the authorised officer + [under section 4A or section 5] may, within such period as may be prescribed, appeal to the Collector, or such other officer as may be authorised by the Government in this behalf.

(2) In deciding the appeal under sub-section (1), the Collector, or the officer referred to in sub-section (1), shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.

Right to receive amount

7. Every person having any interest in any vested kudiyiruppu or superstructure shall be entitled to receive and be paid the amount as provided hereunder.
