Section 23: Term of the Commissioner

The Puducherry Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018Union territory Rules of Puducherry · 2016

The Commissioner shall hold office fo r a term of three years f rom the date on which he assumes his office, or till he attains the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier:

Provided that the Commissioner, may at any time, by writing under his hand, addressed to the Administrator, resign his office.
