Section 8: Appeal against the order of competent authority

Any person aggrieved by the order of the competent authority referred to in sub-section (1) of section 51, refusing to grant a certificate of registration or revoking a certificate of registration may, within three months from the date of the order, prefer an appeal against that order to the appellate authority referred to in sub-section (1) of section 53 and the appellate authority may, after such enquiry into the matter as it considers necessary and after giving the appellant an opportunity of hearings, make such order as it thinks fit.
