Section 19

The Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 13 of 1970

(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Planning Authority may appeal to the Board within two months from the notification of adoption of the Map and Register by the Planning Authority.

(2) The Board may, after making such enquiries as it deems fit, pass orders on the appeal.

(3) The orders of the Board on such appeal shall be final.

The power of the Government in case of default of the Planning Authority to prepare the Map and Register
