Section 10: Powers of the Government

Ulema Pension Scheme Rules, 2011Union territory Rules of Puducherry · 1995

(a) The Government may, from time to time, issue to the Sanction Committee such general or special directions as it may deem fit and in the performance of its duties, and exercise of its powers, the Sanction Committee shall comply with any such directions.

(b) Power to amend the scheme.— The power to amend this scheme shall be vested solely with the Government of Puducherry.
