Section 14: Period of license

The Punjab Ancient And Historical Monuments And Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1965State Rules of Punjab · 1964

Every license shall be in force for such period not exceeding three years as may be specified in the license:

Provided that the Director may, on application made to him at least one month before the expiry of a license, extend its period by one year at a time so that the aggregate period does not exceed five years.
