Section 28: Appeal

The Punjab Ancient And Historical Monuments And Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1965State Rules of Punjab · 1964

Any person aggrieved by an order ofthe Director and rule 27 may prefer an appeal to the Government; and the decision of the Government on such appeal shall be final.
