Section 43: Cancellation of license

The Punjab Ancient And Historical Monuments And Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1965State Rules of Punjab · 1964

The Director, by order, may, after giving notice to the licensee, cancel a license granted under rule 42 if he is satisfied that any of its conditions has been violated.
