Section 31: Inspection

Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995.State Act of Punjab · Act 14 of 1995

For the purpose of satisfying itself, that the requirements of this Act and the rules made thereunder or the terms and conditions of the certificate of registration granted under this Chapter or licence granted under section 5 of a promoter or an estate agent are duly complied with, the competent authority may inspect or cause to be inspected, at any time during business hours, any accounts or records of a promoter or an estate agent relating to such business.
