Section 23: The following shall be Authorities of the University, namely

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998State Act of Punjab · Act 18 of 1998

(i) Senate;

(ii) The Board of Management;

(iii) The Academic Council;

(iv) The Planning Board;

(v) The Finance Committee;

Finance Officer.

Other Officers.

Officers of University not to accept remuneration other than that provided by statutes.

Authorities of the University.

(vi) The faculties; and

(vii) Such other Bodies, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
