Section 33: Employees not to seek outside employment

An employee of the corporation shall not without prior permission of the Executive Director. ; :

(a) byhimselforthrough any member ofhis family engage in any trade or business or adventure or

(b) undertake accept solicit or seek any outside employment or office while on duty or on leave, whether stipendiary or honorary.
