Section 5: Powers and duties of the Director, the governance of Borstal Institutions, and the report to be submitted by him

The Punjab Borstal RulesState Rules of Punjab · 1932

(1) In the exercise of the control over Borstal Institutions, the Director shall have the same powers and dutics as the Inspector-General of Prisons has in the control of prisons except in so far as they are Inconsistent with the Act. .
