Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.

(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) They shall apply to the building or the other construction work relating to any establishment in relation to which the appropriate Government is the State Government under the Act.
