Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work, that the standard audio or video signals are used in excavation or tunnelling work and are conspicuously located or displayed near entrance to the workplace and in such other locations, as may be necessary to bring such signals to the notice of all building workers, employed in such excavation or tunnelling work.
