The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all working areas in a free air tunnel are provided with ventilation system as approved by the Chief Inspector and the fresh air supplied in such tunnel, is not less than six cubic metres per minute for each building worker employed underground in such a tunnel and the free airflow movement inside such tunnel is not less than nine cubic metres per minute.
