Section 219: Meetings

(1) The State Advisory Committee shall meet at such place and at such time, as may be decided by the Chairperson of the State Advisory Committee, and it shall meet at least once in six months.

(2) The Chairperson of the State Advisory Committee shall preside over the meeting of the Committee in which he is present, and in his absence, he may nominated any other member to preside over a meeting. In case, no member is nominated by the Chairperson to preside over a meeting in his absence, then the members of the State Advisory Committee, present in a meeting, shall select from amongst themselves, a member to preside over such a meeting.
