Section 241: Display of notices of wage regarding date of payment of wages

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

An employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that a notice showing the period for which wages are to be paid, place and time of disbursement of such wages, is displayed at a conspicuous place of such construction site in English, Punjabi and also in Hindi or in a local language, understood by the majority of building workers employed at such construction site.
